"How long have you been making jewellery for?"
I started making jewellery in June 2020. I immediately knew it was something that I loved doing.
"What is your jewellery made from?"
My hand-sculpted products are made from oven-baked polymer clay, and painted with acrylic paints. The paints are sealed with a few layers of Fimo glaze.
"How quick is delivery?"
Please allow up to 7 days after ordering for your Still Groovy items to be packed and dispatched.
UK orders will be sent 2nd Class Signed For - this usually takes up to 3-5 working days.
International orders will be sent Tracked & Signed and delivery times vary widely. If you feel your delivery is taking unusually long, please check the tracking data that has been emailed to you before getting in contact.

"How can I take care of my Still Groovy products?"
While I take care to make my products as durable as possible, without proper care of your Still Groovy products, wear can happen over time. I'd recommend taking the following precautions to keep your polymer clay products and bright and shiny as possible:
- Avoid exposing them to water or sunscreen where possible, although the glaze can withstand a small amount of water for cleaning off dust and dirt.
- Store accessories in a safe container when not in use.
- Avoid subjecting your jewellery to excessive heat or sweat, as this can rub off the glaze layer and damage the paint.
"Do you accept returns?"
It's so important to me that you love your Still Groovy purchase. However, we are all human and sometimes mistakes happen! Unfortunately I cannot accept returns on earrings due to hygiene reasons, but if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, email me at stillgroovyco.gmail.com and I'll see what I can do to make it up to you!
"Why am I being charged Import Tax?"
Still Groovy is based out of the UK, and thus any orders sent internationally may incur added import tax. Please be aware that it is the customer's responsibility to pay any fees incurred.
